of the petitioner's representation dated 31.12.2013 as the petitioner having been declared as accomplished Contract Labourer under Section 3 (i) of the Tamil Nadu Industrial Establishments (Conferment of Permanent Status to Workmen) Act 1981 as per the proceedings in File No.E/1797/I/2013 dated 02.12.2013 of the Joint Director of Industrial Safety and Health, Madurai & Competent Authority and pass such further orders.

On 05.02.2019, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the cases on 06.02.2019, under the caption "for dismissal''. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioners. Hence, it is clear that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the case.

2. Therefore, these Writ Petitions are dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
