This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 111 days in filing the Appeal.
2. Learned counsel for the 2nd respondent has got no serious objection in the delay being condoned.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned, however, on payment of costs, and the matter may be argued on merits.
4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) by the petitioner to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 03.09.2025.
5. On payment of costs, the Registry is directed to number the appeal and post it "for admission" on 04.09.2025, if the same is otherwise in order.
