These applications were already disposed of by this Court as early as on 28.06.2023 itself.

2.Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, would submit that the applicant seeks liberty of this Court to file fresh applications seeking for extension of time for the Advocate Commissioners to execute the Warrant of Commission.

3.As seen from the earlier orders dated 28.06.2023, it is clear that the applications have been disposed of and this Court had appointed the Advocate Commissioners, by name, Ms.R.Jeevitha and Ms.J.Mary Sarah to re-possess the vehicles, which were the subject matter of the loan agreement. 4.It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the applicant that the vehicles are yet to be located and therefore, the 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

vga applicant will be seeking extension of time for executing the warrant by filing fresh applications. The said statement is recorded. 5.After giving due consideration to the aforementioned factors, this Court is of the view that no further directions can be passed by this Court in these Applications as the same have already been disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the applicant to file fresh applications seeking for appropriate directions.

6.It is also to be noted that the Advocate Commissioners are yet to be paid their remuneration as directed by this Court in its earlier order dated 28.06.2023.
