This petition has been filed seeking a direction, to direct the 2nd respondent/the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Ambattur to register a case on the basis of complaint dated 08.02.2019 and investigate the matter in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
