2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy and that the police are making surveillance.

4. The respondent-police is directed to continue the surveillance, of course without causing disturbance to the petitioner's employment.

With the above direction, these Criminal Original Petitions are closed.
