ORDER

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para 5 (b) in Crl.O.P.No.10416 of 2026 order dated 30.04.2026 on the file of this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly for a period of 18 days.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and the petitioner has complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the Condition No.5 (b) imposed on the petitioner in toto.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
