The applicant seeks leave to file the suit against the defendants in this Court.

Leave to file the suit is one for defamation. It is seen from the averments disclosed in the plaint as well as the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application that the defendants reside outside the jurisdiction of this Court and the part of cause of action had arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. Hence, this application is allowed granting leave to the plaintiff to institute the suit in this Court.
