Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to hold enquiry with third to eighth respondents in the presence of petitioners on the fraudulent documents Document Number 866 dated 6.2.2012, Document Number 867 dated 6.2.2012, Document Number 868 dated 6.2.2012 registered before first respondent and consequently direct second respondent to cancel fraudulent documents by taking suitable action on third to eighth respondents as per Registration Act.
