O R D E R

The present Civil Revision Petition has preferred by the petitioner to set aside the order dated 27.09.2013 passed by the learned Wakf Tribunal (I Asst. City Civil Court), Chennai in O.A. No.9 of 2013.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today i.e., 03.07.2018, Mr.T.Velumani, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.A. Nissar Ahamed, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and Mr.Mohamed Fayazali, learned counsel for the second and third respondent present.

3.Learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that this Civil Revision Petition will become infructuous, since this Court passed an order in CRP.(NPD). No.4316 of 2013 dated 05.02.2018. In this regard, the learned counsel for the third respondent also produced a copy of the order in CRP. (NPD). No.4316 of 2013. According to the respondents, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. The learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the contention of the respondents.

4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. Registry is directed to return the records if any, to the Tribunal within a period of one week from today. No Costs.
