ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10365 of 2020 dated 10.07.2020 with some directions, the condition is that the petitioner should surrender within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail would stand dismissed automatically. 2.This petition has been filed seeking for modification, after lapse of the order by efflux of time. Therefore, the modification petition cannot be entertained for an order which has lapsed.
