The petitioner has filed the Writ Petition praying to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the representation by holding an enquiry in the presence of the petitioner and respondent Nos.3 to 5 considering the representation dated 04.09.2013 of the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders within such time as this court may stipulate following the procedure as laid down under the law. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation had already been considered by the first and second respondents. Hence, nothing required for adjudication in this writ petition. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel appearing for the first and second respondents, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. If any grievance, the petitioner has to make a fresh representation to the respondent Board.
