(Ms) No.34, Revenue Department dated 23.01.2008 for the house and land situated in No.29/2009 in S.No.507 to an extent of 03.98 cents, in 149, Pudur Panchayat Sagaya Nagar, Esoor Post, Padalam (via) Karunguzhi sub Division, Maduranthagam Taluk, Chengalpattu District.

(Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.,) The petitioner has come up with this writ petition for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner for issuance of patta.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that with regard to issuance of patta to the grazing poramboke land a Public Interest Litigation petition is pending in W.P.No.19286 of 2021 and hence he has decided to withdraw this writ petition and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the same. Further he sought permission of this Court to file a fresh writ petition depending upon the outcome of W.P.No.19286 of 2021. 3.In the light of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioner. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
