ORDER

The learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the petitioner had already filed a similar writ petition in WP No. 2995 of 2021 before this Court and the said Writ Petition was disposed of by an order dated 12.07.2021.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is nothing but an abuse of process of Court and accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed with a cost of Rs.2,500/-, to the credit of President, Tamil Nadu Advocates Clerk Association, Madras High Court, Chennai (Indian Bank, High Court Branch, A/c No.484026006, IFSC Code:IDIB000M157), payable within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
