This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.06.2024 on merits and in accordance with law and conduct investigation on the complaints preferred by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 07.06.2024, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them and dispose of the same within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
