Na.Ka.No. 87172/W1/ E1/2013 dated 08.05.2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

When the matter came up for hearing on 29.11.2024 and 20.12.2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought time to get instructions from the petitioner with regard to procession of the Writ Petition and therefore, the matter was adjourned.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
