Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 21.10.2013 in the light of the W.P.No.27313 of 2010 order dated 28.2.2011.

ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 21.10.2013 in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.27313 of 2010 on 28.2.2011.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that the writ petitioner was appointed as Office Assistant on 22.7.1986 and the services of the writ petitioner were subsequently regularised. The writ petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

was appointed as a Driver and even in the post of Driver, his services were regularised. However, the writ petitioner was transferred from Chennai District to Vellore Disrict, on 20.9.2010. Thereafter, the writ petitioner joined in the post of Electrical Inspector at Vellore District. However, his scale of pay in respect of the post, in which he is working, has not been fixed in accordance with the Rules. In this regard, he has submitted a representation to the respondents on 21.10.2013.

3. Thus, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 21.10.2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation along with the order passed in this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
