ORDER

This petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the

respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant against the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.397 of 2024 and the same has been closed.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. It is made clear that, since the complaint has been closed, the respondents shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.
