ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to expedite the investigation in Cr.No.8 of 2012 on the file of the 2nd respondent police and file the final report. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the the investigation has been completed and the final report is ready to be filed before the Sub Court, Land Grabbing cases and since the Court cannot take cognizance of the final report in view of the pendency of the case before the Supreme Court, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor sought the permission of this Court to permit the respondent police to file the final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court namely, Judicial Magistrate, Tirutani.

3.Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to file the final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Tirutani within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the learned Judicial Magistrate shall proceed further in accordance with law.
4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
