This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 29 days in filing the appeal in Crl.A.Sr.No.33813 of 2025 preferred against the judgement dated 31.01.2025 passed by the Sessions Court, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Tiruvannamalai in Spl.S.C.No.67 of 2023 while pending disposal of the above Criminal Appeal.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in usual course.
