This petition is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that they could not get the order copy on time and hence they could not appear before the Trial Court on 06.08.2022 and file an application to recall the warrant and requested for extension of time.

3. In view of the above submissions, one week time is granted to the petitioners to appear before the Trial Court from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
