(The case has been heard through video conference) The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that initially the case has been registered for the offences under Sections 447, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) of IPC and now, it has been altered to Sections 468, 471 and 420 of IPC.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.
