Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing respondents 1 to 3 to implement Cuddalore Local Planning Authority, Cuddalore Detailed Development Plan No.2 and consequently remove all obstructions. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to implement Cuddalore Local Planning Authority, Cuddalore Detailed Development Plan No.2 and consequently remove all obstructions.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to implement Cuddalore Local Planning Authority, Cuddalore Detailed Development Plan No.2 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already implemented.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
