JUDGMENT
In the earlier order passed by this Court dated 02.02.2010, the above Second Appeal was dismissed for non-prosecution on the ground that there was no representation on behalf of the appellants as well as respondents.
2.Subsequently, the appellants have filed a restore-petition in CMP.No.213 of 2010, which was allowed and the above Second Appeal was restored and taken up for hearing on 10.06.2019. Even on that day, there was none appeared on the appellants' side and hence, this Court directed the Registry to list this appeal under the caption 'for dismissal' on 12.06.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.Today, (12.06.2019) when the matter is called, none appeared on behalf of the appellants, inspite of the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.
