This is a petition to condone the delay of 773 days in filing the writ appeal.

2. Heard Mr. P.Rameh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.G.Nanmaran, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. Though this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit accompanying this miscellaneous petition, considering the huge delay of 733 days in filing the writ appeal, the said delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays costs of Rs.3,000/- to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madras High Court, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Upon production of receipt for payment of costs, this civil miscellaneous petition shall stand ordered.
