O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to call for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.03/01 (11754)/2015 dated 24.08.2015 and in Na.Ka.No.Rv.03/(11754).2015 dated 13.01.2016 and quash the same and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in duty and to pay the subsistence allowance to the petitioner for the period of suspension.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner was reinstated into service on 16.09.2016 and he is presently working as Supervisor at Shop No.11712, Kallakurichi and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed. 06.08.2024 dpq Index : Yes /No
