This application has been filed under Order XIV Rule 8 of the Original Side Rules read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, praying for return of the original Fixed Deposit receipt No.38837990925 dated 21.10.2022 with renewal dated 11.10.2022 drawn on State Bank of India, Usman Road, T.Nagar, Chennai to the applicant/petitioner with lien duly discharged and consequently permit the applicant/petitioner to encash the entire Fixed Deposit principal amount of Rs.2,31,75,989/- with accrued interest till the date of encashment.

2. Ms.S.A.Kanmani, learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondents and states that the respondents have no objection for allowing this application. She has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court Bundle.
