ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed vide order of this Court, dated 07.05.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.11289 of 2026, directing the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- jointly. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) strongly opposed for modification of the said condition since on 07.05.2026, after getting instructions from the petitioners, the counsel for the petitioners represented that the petitioners were ready and willing to deposit the remaining amount of Rs.3,00,000/-.

3. Since the petitioners voluntarily accepted to pay the remaining cheated amount on the date when bail was granted, this Court is not inclined to modify the said condition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
