This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 7 (b) by this Court in the order dated 13.04.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No.7825 of 2023 2.It is the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner had complied the condition from 27.05.2023 to 24.06.2023.

Thereafter, did not comply the condition.

3.In view of not complying the condition imposed, after 24.06.2023, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
