This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 14.06.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.6250 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.20759 of 2021 to execute sureties.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) as cost to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai and on such payment the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 16.08.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
