ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" in Crl.OP.No.10635 of 2026 in Crime No.73 of 2026 on the file of the E-1 Ponneri Police Station, Redhills District, by dated 28.04.2026.

2. The learned counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-police submitted that the petitioner complied the condition for only 7 days.

3. Considering the submission made on either side, this Court is inclined only to modify the condition. Accordingly, the condition imposed in para 7(c) of the order dated 28.04.2026 in Crl.OP.No.10635 of 2026 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent-police once a week i.e. every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders". The other conditions shall remain unaltered 2/4
