CRL.MP.Nos.8990 & 8991 of 2016 in Crl.O.P.No.13832 of 2016 S.VAIDYANATHAN.J Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

2. The petition in Crl.O.P.No.8990 of 2016 is filed to modify one of the conditions that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the credit of Crime No.416 of 2016 imposed by this Court on 1.7.2016 and the petition in Crl.O.P.No.8991 of 2016 is filed to extend the time to deposit the amount of Rs.25,000/-.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a painter by profession and hence he is not able to mobilize the said amount. Therefore, he prayed for modification of the above said condition.

4.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for petitioner, this court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- to the credit of Crime No.416 of 2016.

5. Time granted by this Court on 01.07.2016 in Crl.O.P.No.13832 of 2016 to execute the order shall stand further extended for a period of ten working days from the date on which, the copy of the order is made ready.

6. As the court has modified the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.13832 of 2016 and granted extension of time to deposit the modified amount, Crl.M.P.No.8991 of 2016 filed for extension of time to deposit Rs.25,000/- is dismissed.

7. The above petitions are disposed of accordingly.
