This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the conditional order dated 28.03.2025, i.e. "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.7076 of 2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.
3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
