Respondent Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order passed by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.1126/2013/A1 dated 16.04.2013, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to issue patta in the name of the petitioner's daughter for the property in Plot No.319 comprised in survey No.156/2A measuring an extent of 6900 sq.ft. at No.41, Pudupakkam Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order passed by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.1126/2013/A1 dated 16.04.2013, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to issue patta in the name of the petitioner's daughter for the property in Plot No.319 comprised in survey No.156/2A measuring an extent of 6900 sq.ft. at No.41, Pudupakkam Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Kancheepuram District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
