Already an order has been passed by this Court in W.P.No.19629 of 2021 vide order dated 16.09.2021 by directing the third respondent to pass appropriate orders in terms of an order of the second respondent. In this case also, a proposal of the third respondent has been returned by the second respondent by a communication dated 20.10.2019 by directing the third respondent to dispose the representation of the petitioner in the light of G.O.Ms.No.87, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (MC-5) Department dated 23.10.2020.
