ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that during investigation, it came to light that the petitioner is involved in Cr.No.153 of 2026 and hence, the investigating agency called the petitioner once for enquiry and enquired into the matter and thereafter, the petitioner was not at all called by the respondent police. He further submitted that the petitioner was not harassed by the respondent police under the guise of enquiry.

3. The submissions made by the learned Government Advocate is hereby recorded.
