(Through Video Conferencing) The relief sought for in the writ petition is to direct the 1st respondent to stay all further proceedings in E.A.No.13 of 2010 in C.C.No.454 of 2008 till the disposal of the Appeal pending in FASR No.267 of 2014 in the State Consumer Commission.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner, through video conferencing, made a submission that the cause arose for filing the Writ Petition, does not exist as of now. 3.Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
