This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.15251 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17612 of 2023 dated 25.09.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, now the investigation has been transferred to CBCID, Vellore.

3. Considering the said submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the CBCID, Vellore monthly once ie., on first day of every English Month Calender at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
