Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondent form initiating any recovery proceedings against the petitioner pursuant to the order dated 31.07.2014 in proceedings No. CC III / 25 /TN 84873 Enf / Regl / 2014 and further direct the respondent to consider the Reivew petition filed by the petitioner dated 21.06.2019 (in WP.No.19524/19)and; (ii)to grant an order of interim injunction restraining the respondent from intiating any recovery proceeding pursuant to the order dated 31.07.2014 in proceedings No. CC III / 25 /TN 84873 Enf / Regl / 2014 (in WMP.No.19012/19) pending disposal of the writ petition 19524/19 respectively.
