These miscellaneous petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 306 days in representing these appeal.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions and the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned, on payment of cost.

4. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu Legal Aid Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 22.08.2024.

5. On payment of cost, the Registry is directed to number the WAs' and post for admission on 29.08.2024, if the same are otherwise in order.

6. If the cost is not paid on or before 22.08.2024, these C.M.Ps. stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
