ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R. MAHADEVAN, J) The relief sought in this writ petition is to direct the second respondent to take necessary action on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.03.2020 given against the respondents 3 and 4.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the prayer of the petitioner has already been met with by the second respondent and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
