ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to withdraw the Look Out Circular pending against the petitioner.

2. In view of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.15116 of 2023, quashing the FIR in Crime No.3 of 2023, dated 10.07.2023, the Look Out Circular issued against the petitioner will not survive and it has to be necessarily withdrawn.

3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the respondents to forthwith withdraw the Look Out Circular pending against the petitioner.
