Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner seeks realignment of the petition mentioned project. He has given his representation in this regard on 06.04.2026 to the 2nd respondent. It is well settled that the Courts cannot go into such issues involving the opinion of domain experts. However, the authority concerned can grant relief, if the petitioner deserves the same. I, therefore, direct the 2nd respondent to look into the petitioner's representation to give a disposal and also communicate his decision to the petitioner. This exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. 3.The writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
