This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner/A3 in para 8(b) in Crl.O.P.No.12270 of 2024 dated 19.06.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner/A3 is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.15 of 2024 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the interim anticipatory bail shall stands cancelled.
