This Application has been filed to dispense with notice under Section 80 C.P.C. Such dispense with notice was required for defendants 2 to 7. Notice had been served on defendants 2, 3, 4, 5 & 7, learned counsels have entered appearance.

2. It is contended by Mr.P.T.Perumal, learned counsel for the plaintiff that notice has also been served on 6th defendant but at any rate, the application as on date became otiose, since these applications have been presented on 02.08.2022 and notices have been served, it would only be appropriate that the Court moves forward, accordingly, dispense with is granted.

3. Registry, to examine the plaint and if it is otherwise in order, proceed further to number the same.
