2. Heard Mr.PL.Narayanan, learned counsel for the plaintiff, who has offered no objection in allowing this application.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, and since no objection was offered by the counsel for the plaintiff, this application is allowed and the delay of 915 days in filing the written statement is condoned. Accordingly, the written statement of the first defendant is taken on record.
