This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the bail condition that, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11864 of 2023 dated 02.06.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, petitioner did not comply with the conditions imposed on him in Crl.O.P.No.11864 of 2023 dated 02.06.2023.
