When the matters were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, as against the order of this Court dated 01.08.2023 made in these Writ Petitions, the petitioner management preferred appeals and obtained an order of interim stay dated 26.09.2023 in CMP.Nos. 22131 & 22142 of 2023 in W.A.Nos. 2625 & 2629 of 2023.
