This petition has been filed to relax the condition of the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in CRL.M.P.No.6229 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.2671 of 2023 dated 28.04.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
