..RESPONDENTS Prayer: The Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned final order in RC No.1014/2005 A1 dated 04.10.2013 passed by the 3rd respondent herein and quash the same in respect of the portion not mentioning and providing the retirement benefits to the petitioner when petitioner was permitted to retire from government service on 04.10.2013 itself and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to pass final orders for disbursement of retirement benefits for the service rendered by the petitioner.
