This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders made in CRL.M.P.No.4225 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.750 of 2023 dated 27.03.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in two months morning at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
